Not sure whether your Mac is Apple Silicon or Intel? Apple menu (top left) → “About This Mac” → the “Chip” line (Apple = Silicon) or “Processor” (Intel).
Open the .dmg, drag Meloverse into Applications, then launch it. macOS shows a warning:
- Click Done — not “Move to Trash”.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to the Security section: the message “Meloverse DJ Studio was blocked” is there.
- Click Open Anyway, then confirm with your password or Touch ID.
Tip: on older versions of macOS (up to Sonoma), a simple right-click on the app → Open → Open is enough.
You are asked this only once: after that the app opens on a double-click. It happens because Meloverse is independent software without Apple's yearly certification — nothing is wrong.
Run the .exe. Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”:
- Click More info.
- Then Run anyway.
Again, only once, and for the same reason as on the Mac: the software is published by an independent developer, not a large company.
Nothing else to install: everything is in the file, video engine included.

First launch
Done → System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway (details above).

When 2 events stop being enough
The free version never expires. This is simply what the paid plans add, for the day you need them.

Pro — €250 for life
Everything in Standard, plus the video studio, guests connected by QR code, MIDI control, venue mode, and the admin side of your business.
